International transfers. Transfers of your personal data to K.K. Tokenz in Japan are made on the basis of the European Commission's and the United Kingdom's adequacy decisions for Japan. For onward transfers from Japan to jurisdictions that do not benefit from an adequacy decision, we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.
