# Tokenz

> Tokenz (tokenz.one) is a Merchant of Record (MoR) platform for global digital sales. It handles payments, tax and regulatory compliance, refunds, chargebacks, and payouts so that game studios, SaaS companies, and digital-content businesses can sell worldwide — including out-of-app (web shop) purchases that reduce app-store fees. Tokenz supports 200+ payment methods across 224+ countries and territories, with pricing based only on successful checkouts and no setup costs.

Tokenz is headquartered in Asia with entities in Taiwan and Lithuania, serves merchants globally, and has deep expertise in Japan: consumption-tax handling, 特定商取引法 (Specified Commercial Transactions Act) disclosures, and out-of-app monetization under the Smartphone Software Competition Promotion Act (スマホソフトウェア競争促進法). Notable customers include Grand Summoners and PlayOne. Tokenz raised a ¥1B Series A in June 2026.
